Shipping policy

If there is a problem with your order, please take a picture and send it to sales@thebitescompany.com  with your order number and contact info and  we will reach out to you within 48 hours.  

Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days within time of purchase. Because we bake The Bites fresh every week, there might be a delay while we get your flavors ready! All customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment of their order. Tracking links contain the most updated information available in regards to order status.

Order Cancellations
Once orders have been processed, we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email immediately to sales@thebitescompany.com to inquire your order status.

Address Corrections
If you input your address incorrectly please send an email to sales@thebitescompany.com  as soon as possible to inquire about order status. We will try to fix your issue but cannot guarantee shipment.

PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide us with a physical address within the US only.

Missed Deliveries
Once an item has left our warehouse, customers are encouraged to stay up-to-date with delivery based on their tracking link. Deliveries that are unsuccessful will be taken to the closest carrier location for pickup.

It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package at the designated pickup location.

Damaged in Transit
For any packages damaged in transit, please send a picture with your order number and contact information as soon as possible at sales@thebitescompany.com

Lost in Transit
For any packages lost in transit, please send your order number and contact information as soon as possible at sales@thebitescompany.com  and we will find your package!
